Mon Nov 04 06:46:00 UTC 2024: ## AP TET Results Declared, Over 1.8 Lakh Students Qualify
**Amaravati:** The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) results for 2024 have been declared today, Minister Nara Lokesh announced. The results are available online.
A total of 4,27,300 candidates applied for the exam, out of which 3,68,661 (86.28%) appeared for the test held between October 3rd and 21st. Out of the candidates who took the exam, 1,87,256 (50.79%) have qualified.
Minister Lokesh congratulated the successful candidates and urged any candidates with queries to contact the helpline numbers provided. He further stated that the AP government under CM Chandrababu Naidu is committed to fulfilling its promises to the youth and unemployed.
The announcement comes shortly after the release of the final answer key on October 29th.
The minister also confirmed that a mega-DSC notification with 16,347 posts will be released on November 6th. Applications will be accepted for a month and the exam is expected to be conducted in February next year.
The AP TET results and upcoming DSC notification are anticipated to provide significant employment opportunities for aspiring teachers in the state.
