**MUMBAI, INDIA -** The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange (NSE) will host a special one-hour trading session on **Friday, November 1st** to coincide with Diwali, the festival of lights. This “Muhurat trading” session is believed to bring good fortune and prosperity to investors.
The trading session will run from **6:00 PM to 7:00 PM IST** and will include all market segments, including equities, currency derivatives, commodity derivatives, equity futures and options (F&O), and securities lending and borrowing (SLB).
The pre-market session will start at 5:45 PM IST.
