**Dubai, October 16, 2024:** The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the latest inductees into the prestigious ICC Hall of Fame, recognizing three cricketing giants: Alastair Cook, Neetu David, and AB de Villiers.

English legend **Alastair Cook**, the highest run-scorer and century-maker in Test matches, played over 250 times for his country, leading England to numerous triumphs. His exceptional career culminated in 2018.

Indian spin bowler **Neetu David** became the first Indian woman to achieve 100 wickets in ODIs, leaving her mark on the game. She particularly shone in the 2005 ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup, leading the wicket-taking charts and guiding India to their first-ever final.

**AB de Villiers**, renowned for his explosive batting style, dominated international cricket for 14 years, amassing over 20,000 runs. His innovative stroke play and record-breaking performances earned him the title of one of the most formidable batters in the game.

The 2024 inductees will be celebrated in Dubai this week, during the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup. This marks the continued recognition of the greatest players in cricket history by the ICC Hall of Fame, established in 2009.
