Mon Oct 14 14:22:46 UTC 2024: ## RSMSSB CET Admit Cards to be Released Today: Over 18 Lakh Candidates to Appear for Exam

**Jaipur:** The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) will release the admit cards for the Secondary Level Common Eligibility Test (CET) later today. Candidates can download their admit cards from the official websites rsmssb.rajasthan.gov.in or recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in starting at 7 pm.

This year’s CET is expected to see a record turnout with over 18 lakh candidates having registered. The exam, which will be held on October 22, 23, and 24, is crucial for recruitment to various posts in 12 different departments. Candidates need to secure at least 40% marks in the CET to be eligible for further selection processes.

The exam will be conducted in two shifts on each day – 9 am to 12 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates will be mostly allotted exam centers within their home districts.

**Important Exam Day Instructions:**

* Candidates must reach the exam center at least two hours before the exam commences. The gates will close one hour before the exam begins.
* It is mandatory to bring the e-admit card and an original photo ID proof with a photograph, preferably Aadhaar card.
* Candidates must carry a recent passport-sized photograph (not older than one month) to be pasted on the attendance sheet.
* A transparent blue ballpoint pen is required for the exam.
* RSMSSB has revised its dress code for all exams, including the CET. Full-sleeved shirts with plain buttons are allowed. Metallic buttons are not permitted, and candidates are advised against wearing jeans.

**Free Bus Travel for Graduate Level CET Candidates:**

The Rajasthan government has arranged free bus travel for candidates appearing for the Graduate Level CET on September 27 and 28. The facility will be available on all state-owned roadways buses.

The RSMSSB has clarified that candidates who do not attempt a question must mark option E. Failing to mark option E will result in a deduction of 1/3rd of the marks allotted for that question. Additionally, candidates who do not attempt more than 10% of the total questions will be disqualified.
