Mon Oct 14 09:01:36 UTC 2024: ## Darshan’s Bail Hearing Today in Renukaswamy Murder Case: New Evidence Unveiled

**Bengaluru, India** – Kannada film actor Darshan, currently in judicial custody for his alleged involvement in the Renukaswamy murder case, will face another bail hearing today. The actor has been in prison since June 11th, and his legal team has been continuously fighting for his release.

The latest development in the case involves the unveiling of crucial chat details between the co-accused, Pavithra Gowda, and the victim, Renukaswamy. These details, presented by the Special Public Prosecutor (SSP) Prasanna Kumar, reveal a disturbing pattern of communication between the two, stretching back to February.

According to the SSP, the chat history indicates that Pavithra Gowda was in constant contact with Renukaswamy, even exchanging phone calls in June. The actress reportedly requested Renukaswamy to share his phone number, after which he allegedly sent her obscene photos and demanded a response.

Despite this exchange, the SSP claims that Pavithra Gowda did not report the incident to the police. Instead, she and Darshan reportedly contacted the President of Akhila Karnataka Darshan Thoogudeepa Sena, leading to Renukaswamy’s capture and subsequent assault in a shed in Pattanagere. The actor is alleged to have been involved in the assault after arriving with Pavithra Gowda.

While three other accused – Nikhil Naik, Karthik, and Keshava Murthy – have been granted bail, Darshan continues to fight for his release. The outcome of today’s hearing will be crucial in determining his fate.
