**New Delhi:** The Haryana Assembly election results are keeping everyone on the edge of their seats, with a tense battle brewing between the BJP and the Congress alliance. Wrestling star Vinesh Phogat, contesting from the Julana constituency, has surged ahead in the race, currently leading her opponent by 38 votes after seven rounds of counting.
Earlier in the count, Vinesh was trailing behind her opponent, BJP candidate Yogesh Kumar, who was leading up until the fifth round. However, the tide turned, and Vinesh currently enjoys a narrow lead with 30,303 votes compared to Yogesh’s 30,265.
Overall, the BJP is leading in 49 seats, while the Congress is leading in 35 seats. However, the race is far from over, and the results could still change dramatically.
