The Environment Agency has launched a new service allowing fire and rescue services in England to request pumps and environmental protection equipment.
The process is simple:
* **Request equipment:** Fire and rescue services can submit their requests online.
* **Confirmation email:** The Environment Agency will process the order and send a confirmation email.
* **Receipt confirmation:** Within 5 calendar days of receiving the equipment, fire services must send a confirmation email to frs.orders@environment-agency.gov.uk.
A list of available equipment can be downloaded from the Environment Agency website. If the required equipment is not listed, fire services can email frs.orders@environment-agency.gov.uk and provide a detailed description.
