Bollywood actor Aamir Khan was spotted visiting his ex-wife, Reena Dutta, on Wednesday following the death of her father. Videos and pictures of Aamir and his mother, Zeenat Hussain, outside Reena’s Mumbai home surfaced on social media.
Aamir and Reena were married in 1986 and share two children, Ira and Junaid Khan. The couple divorced in 2002. Aamir later married Kiran Rao in 2005 and they separated in 2021.
Despite their separation, Aamir and Reena have maintained a close relationship. Kiran Rao had previously shared that Reena has always remained a part of the family and they have become good friends. Aamir himself has spoken fondly of Reena in the past, recounting an amusing incident involving her while she was in labor.
Aamir’s recent visit highlights the strong bond he continues to share with his ex-wife and her family, even after their divorce. He was last seen in the box office disappointment, Laal Singh Chadha, and is currently preparing for his next project, Sitaare Zameen Par. He is also producing Lahore 1947, a film directed by Rajkumar Santoshi.
