**LOS ANGELES** – In light of Tua Tagovailoa’s recent concussion issues, Hall of Fame quarterback Warren Moon has revealed that he too suffered multiple concussions during his NFL career. Moon, who played from 1984 to 2000, told TMZ Sports that he was diagnosed with a concussion on six separate occasions.
Despite the repeated blows to his head, Moon, 67, insists he feels healthy and has consistently passed medical checkups over the years. “I’ve had a lot of neurology tests over the last so many years as part of the NFL’s evaluation process and I’ve passed all of those,” Moon said. “I don’t feel like I’ve lost any memory or anything like that.”
However, Moon admitted that he does wake up each day wondering if and when he might start to feel the effects of his past injuries.
Moon, who expressed concern for Tagovailoa’s health, acknowledged that the young quarterback faces a difficult decision about his future. “He will have to face a big choice of whether or not he will continue playing,” Moon said, adding, “I’m hoping the same thing for Tua as he moves on with his life.”
Moon also shared his thoughts on several other quarterbacks, including Bryce Young, Justin Fields, Russell Wilson, and Bo Nix. The full interview, including his bold takes on these players, is available on TMZ Sports.
