**Tallinn, Estonia – September 20, 2024** – TKM Auto OÜ, a subsidiary of TKM Grupp AS, has extended the terms of all members of the Supervisory Board of KIA Auto Aktsiaselts for another three years, until September 21, 2027.

The decision was made by TKM Auto OÜ as the sole shareholder. The members of the Supervisory Board are:

* Aarne Õllek (Chairman)
* Jüri Käo
* Enn Kunila
* Raul Puusepp
* Kristo Anton

KIA Auto Aktsiaselts is responsible for importing and wholesaling KIA vehicles and spare parts in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
