**Boston, MA** – HubSpot, a leading customer relationship management (CRM) platform, is introducing Breeze AI, a new suite of AI tools designed to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) easily integrate AI into their customer interactions. The launch, coinciding with HubSpot’s annual InBound conference, comes as Australian businesses face significant financial pressure and are increasingly looking to AI for solutions.

“You don’t need to be an Einstein to use AI,” quipped Andy Pitre, HubSpot’s executive vice president of product, taking a playful jab at competitors like Salesforce, whose own AI offering, Einstein One, was launched last year.

Breeze AI offers over 80 AI features integrated into HubSpot’s platform, making it easy for businesses to automate tasks across sales, marketing, and customer service. One of the key components is Breeze Copilot, an AI assistant that can automate tasks like lead research, follow-up emails, and even generate personalized messages for prospects.

Other AI agents within the platform include Content Agent for generating blog posts and social media updates, Prospecting Agent for crafting personalized messages, and Customer Agent for answering common customer queries.

Breeze Intelligence, another AI-powered feature, allows users to enrich their customer profiles with detailed information from a database of over 200 million company and buyer profiles, leading to more effective targeting and personalization.

“Businesses will really start seeing the full potential [of AI] when it’s easy to use,” said Pitre. “The idea is to take the complexity out of AI.”

Breeze AI is currently in beta with a full rollout to follow. Pricing is integrated into HubSpot’s existing hubs, with free trials available.

HubSpot’s focus on simplifying AI adoption comes at a time when Australian businesses are struggling with rising costs. Research by HubSpot indicates that 40% of companies in Australia cite rising costs as their biggest challenge, while 20% haven’t even begun to explore AI adoption. Breeze AI presents a potential solution for these businesses, enabling them to leverage AI to improve efficiency and build deeper customer relationships.
