**Oslo, Norway – September 11, 2024** – Norwegian seafood company SalMar ASA has successfully raised NOK 500 million through a tap issue of its commercial paper, bringing the total outstanding amount to NOK 1 billion. The issue, rated BBB+ by Nordic Credit Rating, was managed by DNB Markets.
The commercial paper, with the ISIN code NO0013334847, carries a coupon of 5.13% per annum and matures on March 13, 2025. Settlement of the issue is scheduled for September 13, 2024.
This latest funding round will support SalMar’s ongoing operations and growth initiatives.
