– Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Durgesh Pathak have been given bail in the case.
– The case is scheduled for hearing on September 11th.
– Vijay Nair, former communication in-charge of the AAP, has been released on bail in the money laundering case related to the Excise Department.
– On July 14th, the Supreme Court granted bail in the ED case.
– Arvind Kejriwal and Durgesh Pathak have been sent to Tihar Jail in connection with the CBI case.
– CBI has taken Pathak into custody in the judicial custody of Kejriwal.
