– Gill has resigned from his position at Cipla Limited and has held multiple positions in various pharmaceutical companies
– He has a PhD from University of Cambridge and has degrees from MIT and IIT Delhi
– Gill will succeed Dhillon as the spiritual head of the society and have the authority to give initiation (naam)
