Liverpool, UK – Newcastle United secured a dominant 4-1 victory over Everton at Goodison Park, ending their dismal run of away defeats in emphatic style. Malick Thiaw was the star of the show, bagging a brace, while Lewis Miley and Nick Woltemade also found the net. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall’s stunning individual effort proved to be a mere consolation for a lackluster Everton side.
Thiaw opened the scoring within the first minute, heading home a corner. Miley doubled the lead before halftime, and Woltemade added a third with a clever lob.
