According to an EOW statement released late today, these entities lured depositors with promises of land registration in their names. They allegedly collected original bonds issued by Neomax against deposits, as well as money directly and through bank accounts under the guise of premium villa plots.
Authorities allege that this constitutes a further act of fraud, preying on individuals already victimized by the initial Neomax scheme.
