**Tiruchi, May 13, 2025** – The Arulmigu Mathurakaliamman temple in Siruvachur, Tiruchi district, concluded a two-day Chithra Pournami festival on Monday. The festival, organized by the Chennai-based Sri Maha Meru Mandali, featured a variety of religious ceremonies. Sunday’s events included recitations of the Lalitha Sahasranama and Sagambari kumkum archanai, followed by a Navarana puja. Monday’s highlight was a Sri Chandi homam performed for universal prosperity, along with abhishekams and a maha deeparadhana for the Goddess. The festival drew a large number of devotees.
