**Hyderabad, May 12:** The Telangana State Board of Technical Education and Training (TSBTE) is all set to conduct the POLYCET (Polytechnic Common Entrance Test) 2025 examination tomorrow, May 13. Over 106,716 candidates have registered for the exam, which will be held across 276 centers throughout the state.
The exam will be conducted from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. Candidates are advised to arrive at the examination centers by 10:00 AM, as entry will be strictly prohibited after 11:00 AM. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until the exam concludes.
Candidates are required to bring their hall tickets, which can be downloaded from polycet.sbtet.telangana.gov.in. Those without a printed photo on their hall ticket must bring a passport-size photograph along with their Aadhaar card. Electronic devices such as cell phones and calculators are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
The results are expected to be released within 12 days of the exam, followed by the counseling process for admission into various engineering, non-engineering, and technology courses in polytechnic colleges across Telangana. All seats are under the convener quota, with 85% reserved for local candidates and 15% for non-local candidates. Local status is determined by four years of schooling in Telangana between classes 4 and 10.
