Sun May 04 15:55:03 UTC 2025: ## RMPI Inaugurates Memorial at Site of Party Founder’s Murder, Criticizes CPI(M)

**Kozhikode, May 4, 2025** – The Revolutionary Marxist Party of India (RMPI) today inaugurated a memorial building at the site where its founder, T.P. Chandrasekharan, was murdered on May 4, 2012. The memorial, located in Vallikkad near Vadakara, Kozhikode, includes a life-size statue of Chandrasekharan and personal belongings recovered from the scene.

RMPI General Secretary Mangat Ram Pasla, speaking at the inauguration, accused the Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPI(M)) of succumbing to neo-capitalism and welcoming neo-fascist tendencies. He cited a Kerala Cabinet minister’s statement referring to Gautam Adani as a partner as evidence of this alleged collaboration. The RMPI previously acquired the land where the murder took place. A large number of party workers attended the event.
