Several social media accounts allege that Khan was sexually assaulted by a Pakistani army major in jail, circulating a purported medical report as evidence.
The claim, which initially surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), was accompanied by a medical report that purportedly shows Khan suffered physical and mental torture. However, the authenticity of this report remains highly questionable. While a Pakistani news outlet, Dawn, reported on a medical examination of Khan at Adiala Jail in March 2025, this report did not mention any sexual assault or abuse.
