**Madurai, Tamil Nadu, April 25, 2025** – The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI) Madurai chapter has elected its new leadership team for 2025-27. S.S. Ramakrishna will serve as chairman, S.R. Muthuvijayan as president, Yogesh Thirukonda as secretary, P. Jeyakumar as treasurer, Jayachandran as vice-president, and Zaid Omar and Alagappan as joint secretaries.
The newly elected officials pledged to collaborate with the Madurai Corporation to foster the city’s development. They emphasized CREDAI’s commitment to adhering to construction regulations and coordinating with government agencies to build a sustainable ecosystem within the ancient city.
