**New Delhi:** Gujarat Titans captain Shubman Gill provided an update on the return of Kagiso Rabada during the toss against Delhi Capitals. Rabada, who left the team for personal reasons earlier in April, is expected to rejoin the squad by the end of the month.
Gill stated that Rabada’s return is anticipated within the next 10 days. The South African fast bowler missed several matches after returning home, playing only two games before his departure. He took one wicket each against Punjab Kings and Mumbai Indians. During his absence, the Gujarat Titans bowling attack, featuring Mohammed Shami, Pradeep Krishna, and Sai Kishore, has performed admirably. Arshdeep Khan effectively filled Rabada’s shoes, notably taking the crucial wicket of Virat Kohli.
Despite Rabada’s absence, Gujarat Titans showed strength in their match against Delhi Capitals, restricting them to 203/8 in 20 overs. Delhi’s captain Axar Patel top-scored with 39 runs, while Pradeep Krishna claimed four wickets for Gujarat.
