**Thiruvananthapuram, April 17, 2025** – The Kerala government has announced two significant decisions on humanitarian grounds. In Kasaragod district, six cents of land in Bedadka village will be allotted to Ratheesh, a cerebral palsy sufferer. This land is being provided in exchange for land belonging to his father, which lacked road access and was previously relinquished to the government.

Separately, the government will waive stamp and registration fees for eight families receiving donated property from St. Mary’s Church in Kadayanickad. The church had donated the property to these families.
