**Mangaluru, April 10, 2025:** Residents of several areas in Mangaluru are advised to prepare for power outages on Friday, April 11. The Mangaluru Electricity Supply Company announced scheduled maintenance will affect power supply in two areas.
From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., areas served by the 11 kV Vamanjor feeder, including Pachhanadi, Vamanjoor, Mangalanagara, Amruthanagara, Santhoshnagara, and surrounding areas will experience a power cut. Separately, a power outage will impact areas fed by the 11 kV Lighthouse Hill Road feeder, including Bunts’ Hostel, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Circle, Lighthouse Hill, St. Aloysius Institutions, and surrounding areas, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Residents are urged to make necessary arrangements during this period.
