MUMBAI, INDIA – The State Bank of India (SBI) has released the results for its 2025 Probationary Officer (PO) recruitment examination. Candidates who took the exam on March 8th, 16th, and 24th can now view their results on the official SBI website using their registration number/roll number and password/date of birth.

Successful candidates from the preliminary exam will be eligible for the main examination, scheduled for April or May 2025. Further details regarding the main exam, including specific dates and application procedures, will be released on the SBI website. Those who clear the main exam will then proceed to an interview round.

This recruitment drive seeks to fill 600 PO vacancies, with 586 regular positions allocated across various categories: General (240), OBC (158), EWS (58), SC (87), and ST (43). An additional 14 backlog vacancies are reserved for ST candidates. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized Indian university to be eligible.
