**Hyderabad, April 4, 2025** – The Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) is expected to announce the results for the TS Inter 2nd year examinations by April 24th, according to sources. Over 4.5 lakh students took the exam, administered across 1,532 centers from March 6th to 25th. A total of 9,96,971 students registered for the TS Intermediate exams this year.

The board has implemented stringent measures to ensure fair evaluation. Special officers will conduct random barcode checks to prevent irregularities. The TGBIE secretary has instructed all camp officers to maintain transparency throughout the evaluation process, with close monitoring by scrutinizers and subject experts. Evaluators received specific instructions regarding the handling of barcodes for absentee students, malpractice cases, and incorrect OMR data.

Thirty-six students were found using unfair means during the examinations. Full marks will be awarded for question number 7 (a pie-chart question), but only to students who attempted it.

The results will be available on the official website, tgbie.cgg.gov.in. Last year, the board announced the results a month earlier than usual, achieving a 64.19% pass rate among the 5,02,280 students who appeared for the exam.
