**Ayodhya, India** – Devotees across India are preparing to celebrate Ram Navami, the birth anniversary of Lord Rama, on April 6th, 2025. According to Drik Panchang, the auspicious Navami Tithi begins on April 5th at 7:26 PM and concludes on April 6th at 7:22 PM. The most auspicious time for rituals, the Madhyahna Muhurat, falls between 11:08 AM and 1:39 PM on April 6th.
Celebrations will commence in Ayodhya, Lord Rama’s birthplace, with devotees participating in a holy dip in the Sarayu river and observing a day-long fast. Processions featuring decorated idols of Lord Rama, Sita, Lakshmana, and Hanuman will wind through the streets.
