**Ayodhya, UP (INS) –** The holy city of Ayodhya is preparing for a massive influx of devotees for Ram Navami 2025, with elaborate arrangements underway to ensure a smooth and comfortable experience. Over 2 million pilgrims are expected to visit the Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir between April 4th and 6th to witness the celebrations.
The Uttar Pradesh government has announced a comprehensive plan including the provision of mats, regular water sprinkling, temporary shelters, and drinking water facilities at 243 locations to ease the crowds. The Ayodhya Municipal Corporation is focusing on maintaining hygiene and sanitation throughout the city using dedicated teams and machinery.
A key highlight will be the extended darshan (viewing) of Ram Lalla, which will be available for 18 hours daily, allowing more devotees access to the deity. The Ram temple itself will be open from 5 am to 11 pm during the three-day festival.
The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra has confirmed that the Ram Navami festival will be celebrated with “divine splendour and grandeur” on April 6th, 2025. Officials are working tirelessly to make this year’s celebrations a memorable and well-organized event for all participants.
