**April 3, 2025** – Get ready hunters! Monster Hunter Wilds’ highly anticipated Title Update 1 is launching tonight (8 PM PT) or tomorrow (3 AM UTC), bringing a wealth of new content and improvements to the game. Capcom has released the full patch notes, revealing a substantial update impacting gameplay, performance, and overall experience.

The update introduces two new monsters: Mizutsune (available at Hunter Rank 21 and above) and the formidable high-rank Zoh Shia (unlocks at Hunter Rank 50). Players can also look forward to a Tempered Mizutsune challenge for Hunter Rank 41 and above. Accompanying these additions are new story, extra, and side missions, alongside fresh weapons, armor, and skills. Armor upgrade limits have been increased for rarity 5 and above.

Endgame players will rejoice at the addition of the Grand Hub, a new gathering location accessible after completing a tutorial mission at Hunter Rank 16. This hub boasts several features including Barrel Bowling, the Arena Quest Counter, the Canteen, Arm Wrestling, and even a Diva. A new Expedition Record Board with time attack rankings adds further competitive elements. New camp gear options, pose sets, gestures, and voice lines for Alma round out the quality-of-life enhancements.

PC players will benefit from significant performance improvements, including optimized VRAM usage and an upgraded DirectStorage version. Numerous bug fixes address issues such as game crashes, disappearing monsters, and camera distance problems.

Balance adjustments are also included, affecting the Corrupted Mantle and various other mantles. The Bow weapon receives tweaks to Dragon Piercer, Thousand Dragons, Power Volley, Power Shot, and Charge Master skill interactions.
