**BOSTON, MA** – The Miami Heat ended the Boston Celtics’ nine-game winning streak Tuesday night, securing a convincing 124-103 victory and extending their own winning streak to a season-high six games. Tyler Herro led the Heat with 25 points and nine assists, while Bam Adebayo contributed 21 points. Seven Miami players scored in double figures, capping a successful 3-0 road trip.

The Heat’s impressive run comes on the heels of a 10-game losing streak last month. Their triumph was even more notable considering the absences of Andrew Wiggins (hamstring), Duncan Robinson (back), and Kevin Love (personal reasons).

Jaylen Brown paced the Celtics with 24 points and nine rebounds, but their winning streak came to an end. Jayson Tatum and Derrick White each added 16 points. Boston mounted a comeback in the fourth quarter, cutting a 22-point deficit to just four, but a decisive 22-9 run by the Heat sealed the victory.

Despite the loss, Celtics coach Joe Mazzulla utilized the opportunity to experiment with different lineups, resting Jrue Holiday (shoulder), Kristaps Porzingis (rest), and Al Horford (toe sprain).

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra achieved his 785th regular-season win, surpassing Gene Shue to claim 17th place on the NBA’s all-time wins list.
