**Patna, Bihar –** The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) will announce the results of the Matric Annual Examination 2025 tomorrow, March 29th, at 12 noon. State Education Minister Sunil Kumar will make the announcement at the BSEB headquarters in Patna, alongside Additional Chief Secretary S. Siddharth.
Approximately 15.85 lakh students appeared for the exams held between February 17th and 25th at 1,677 centers across Bihar. Students need a minimum of 33% to pass; those who don’t will have the opportunity to take compartmental exams. This year, 39 students were expelled for using unfair means.
Results will be available online at matricresult2025.com and matricbiharboard.com. NDTV will also host a dedicated results page. Students are advised to have their roll number and roll code ready.
The BSEB has a track record of being the first board in India to release results, achieving an 82.91% pass percentage in 2024, a significant increase from the previous year. In 2024, Shivankar Kumar (Purnia’s District School) topped the exams with 97.80%, followed by Adarsh Kumar (V High School, Movajidpur North, Samastipur) with 97.60%.
