Medak district bore the brunt of the storm’s fury. In the Jambikunta area of Medak town, lightning struck a house, destroying property but thankfully causing no injuries as no one was home at the time. One man suffered broken legs near Pothamshettipally when a power pole fell, and he was taken to hospital. Near Edapally, a tin shed was lifted by the wind and fell onto a parked car, narrowly missing the occupants. Traffic was also disrupted on the Medak-Hyderabad road due to a fallen tree.

Hailstorms battered parts of Nizamabad district, particularly in Dharpally and Indalvai mandals. The hailstones damaged paddy crops in Wadi village of Dharpally. Similar damage was reported in other areas due to the hail.

Jagtial district experienced an hour of intense rainfall, with some areas reporting hailstones that caused mangoes to fall from trees. Karimnagar district also faced heavy rain and strong winds, resulting in damage to crops. Farmers in Choppadandi reported significant losses after their stored maize was damaged by the rain.
