**RIYADH, Saudi Arabia** – Mexican international Julián Quiñones, currently playing for Al-Qadisiya in Saudi Arabia, has welcomed the fierce competition for a starting position in Mexico’s national team. In an interview with TUDN, Quiñones emphasized the positive impact of the strong performances from Mexico’s attacking players.

“It’s important for the national team that all its forwards are in good form, creating healthy competition,” Quiñones stated. “The fact that we’re all at a high level makes it difficult for the coach to choose, and that’s crucial for the team’s future.
