**Hyderabad, March 20, 2025** – The Telangana Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (TGSPDCL) has achieved a significant milestone, securing third place in the national Distribution Utilities Ranking (DUR) and Consumer Service Rating of Discoms (CSRD) report 2023-24. The company excelled in several key areas, including rapid electricity connection approvals, simplified regulations minimizing paperwork, accurate billing and metering (utilizing IR port-based meters), efficient complaint resolution, and readily accessible online services (99% of services available via website and mobile app).
