**MUSKOGEE, OK —** A Bitcoin mining facility in Muskogee, Oklahoma, has been cited by the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) for ten environmental violations following a citizen complaint. An inspection conducted on March 11th at the Muskogee Bitcoin-Bifrost Substation and Miners facility revealed significant issues, including a lack of sediment control measures, insufficient site stabilization (bare soil lacking gravel or riprap), and the absence of required signage displaying permit information and contact details.

Seven of the violations were classified as minor deficiencies, while three were deemed significant. The facility has been given until March 26th to address all violations. Failure to comply could result in further action by the ODEQ.
