**Hubballi, Karnataka – March 20, 2025** – The Kirloskar Institute of Management in Harihar kicked off a two-day state-level management festival, Bizziama 2025, yesterday. The event, which is expected to draw 220 students from 21 teams across Karnataka, features competitions in management, finance, marketing, human resource management, and cultural programs.
According to Institute Director Nandeesh Hiremath, the festival aims to provide students with practical experience in leadership, teamwork, and management skills. Principal Gireesh Y.M. emphasized the event’s role in developing these crucial abilities. Executive coach and professor A. Hariharan from Dubai inaugurated the festival.
