**Hyderabad, March 16, 2025** – The Telangana government launched the “Rajiv Yuva Vikasam” scheme on Saturday, aimed at providing self-employment opportunities to unemployed youth from Backward Classes (BC) communities. The scheme will offer financial assistance of ₹3 lakhs to each eligible beneficiary, according to Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka.

The government approved an action plan to facilitate the scheme, as announced in a press release by the Telangana Backward Classes Cooperative Finance Corporation Ltd. Interested candidates can register online through the OBMMS portal (https://tgobmmsnew.cgg.gov.in) from March 17th to April 5th, 2025.
