**VIZIANAGARAM/SRIKAKULAM, March 15, 2025** – The annual Mahalakshmi Jayanthi festival was observed with great enthusiasm across Vizianagaram and Srikakulam districts on Friday. Temples in both districts were adorned for the occasion, and devotees participated in special prayers and recitations.

At the Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple in Vizianagaram, elaborate arrangements were made by the Sri Srinivasa Sangham, with devotees chanting sacred hymns such as Astottara Satanamam, Astottara Satanamavali, and Vishnu Sahasranamam. Similar festive celebrations and special prayers took place at the Sri Ishwarya Venkateswara Sametha Astalakshmi temple in Ayyannapeta and the Lakshmi temple within the Lord Jagannath Swamy temple in Vizianagaram.
