**New Delhi/Hyderabad, March 13, 2025** – A delegation from the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party of Tamil Nadu, led by Minister K.N. Nehru, met with Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy in New Delhi today. The delegation, acting on behalf of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, extended an invitation to Mr. Reddy to attend a crucial meeting on March 22nd concerning the impact of constituency delimitation on southern states.
The meeting, to be chaired by Mr. Stalin, will bring together current and former Chief Ministers to discuss the issue. In addition to Mr. Reddy, the DMK delegation will also invite Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) working president K.T. Rama Rao to the meeting. Mr. Nehru is scheduled to meet with Mr. Rao in Hyderabad later today. DMK’s Parliamentary Party leader and MP Kanimozhi also participated in the Delhi meeting. The concerns raised center around the potential consequences of the delimitation process on the political landscape of the southern states.
