Wed Mar 12 14:30:46 UTC 2025: ## YSRCP Leader Accuses Andhra Pradesh CM of “Murder Politics”
**Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh –** Nandamuri Lakshmi Parvathi, state general secretary of the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP), launched a scathing attack on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, accusing him of being the “pioneer of murder politics” in the state. In a press conference on Wednesday, Ms. Parvathi alleged that Mr. Naidu built his career on conspiracies and fostered a culture of violence for personal gain, citing numerous incidents dating back to 1995.
Ms. Parvathi dismissed Mr. Naidu’s claims of avoiding murder politics for 45 years as disingenuous, further accusing him and Minister Nara Lokesh of hypocrisy while making inflammatory statements in the Assembly. She specifically linked TDP leaders to two assassination attempts against YSRCP president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy – one at Visakhapatnam Airport and another during an election campaign.
Additional allegations included inciting attacks on police in Chittoor’s Angallu, resulting in an officer being blinded, and orchestrating post-election violence against YSRCP workers. Ms. Parvathi cited a High Court rebuke regarding police misuse and the unpunished murder of YSRCP worker Rasheed in Vinukonda as further evidence. She also condemned the TDP’s alleged use of morphed social media posts against Mr. Jagan’s family and labeled Lokesh’s “red book regime” as lawless. The YSRCP’s accusations paint a stark picture of political violence and alleged state-sponsored misconduct in Andhra Pradesh.
