HYDERABAD: Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) president and Leader of Opposition, K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), arrived at the Telangana Assembly today. He is attending the budget session. TRS MLAs and MLCs welcomed him upon his arrival and he subsequently held a meeting with them. Reports suggest KCR strategized with his party members on the approach the TRS will take during the assembly proceedings.
