**NEW DELHI, March 12, 2025** – Delhi Police have arrested three Bangladeshi nationals in Peeragarhi, continuing their ongoing crackdown on undocumented immigrants in the city. The arrests followed a tip-off about Bengali-speaking individuals seeking accommodation in an informal settlement. Police observed three men acting suspiciously near Kali Mata Mandir and, upon questioning, determined they were Safruddin (36), Ibrahim (38), and Sorab (46), hailing from different regions of Bangladesh. Initially claiming to be residents of West Bengal, the men eventually revealed their true identities under further interrogation. The police operation involved searches of shelter homes, railway tracks, and other locations frequently used by undocumented immigrants.
