**QUETTA, Pakistan** – The Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), a separatist group fighting for independence in Balochistan, has claimed responsibility for seizing control of the Jaffar Express train in southwestern Pakistan, taking over 180 passengers hostage, many of whom are Pakistani soldiers.
