**New Delhi, March 10, 2025** – The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs) have announced the opening of registrations for the IISER Aptitude Test (IAT) 2025. Aspiring students can now apply online at the official IISER website. The application window opened on March 10th and will close on April 15th, 2025.

The computer-based IAT 2025 is scheduled for May 25th, 2025. Admit cards will be released on May 15th, 2025. Applicants will have a chance to correct any errors in their applications from April 21st to 22nd, 2025.

Eligibility requires completion of Class 12 (or equivalent) in 2023, 2024, or 2025 with a science stream from a COBSE-recognized board. Students must have studied at least three subjects from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics. Specific programs, including those in Computational and Data Sciences (IISER Kolkata), B.Tech (IISER Bhopal), and BS in Economic Sciences (IISER Bhopal and Tirupati), require Mathematics as a Class 12 subject. Foreign nationals must provide an equivalence certificate from the Association of Indian Universities unless they meet the COBSE-recognized board requirement.
