**Davidson, NC –** Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is breaking new ground, becoming the first active player in a major U.S. professional sport to take on an administrative role with an NCAA team. Curry, a Davidson College alumnus, will serve as an assistant general manager for both the men’s and women’s basketball programs.
In his new position, Curry will leverage his extensive experience at both the collegiate and professional levels to guide the programs, working alongside general manager Austin Buntz.
