**Kochi, March 6, 2025** – The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has filed a final complaint in a money laundering case linked to the construction of a national highway between Mannuthy and Angamaly in Kerala. The case alleges that the accused, including individuals from various construction and consulting firms, along with a former National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) project director, made illicit gains during the project.

The ED’s investigation follows an earlier corruption case filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The accused named include Sree Ram Tiwari of Guruvayoor Infrastructure Private Limited, Vikram Reddy, Prashant Kapila and Naresh Kumar Sinha of International Consultants and Technocrats, and P. Ramanathan, the former NHAI project director. The ED has already frozen assets worth ₹125 crore as part of the investigation.
