Wed Mar 05 14:10:00 UTC 2025: **TSPSC Files Police Complaint Against Social Media Rumors of Group-1 Post Sale**
Hyderabad, March 5 (Namaste Telangana): The Telangana Public Service Commission (TSPSC) has filed a police complaint against individuals spreading misinformation on social media regarding the sale of Group-1 posts. A complaint was lodged with the Begumpet police station and a separate written complaint was also submitted to the Cyber Crimes DCP.
The TSPSC strongly condemned the false reports circulating on social media, stating they are aimed at creating unrest among aspirants. The Commission’s in-charge secretary, Sumati, announced that they will pursue criminal defamation suits against those responsible for spreading these rumors.
The commission assured candidates that the Group-1 results are being processed transparently and based on merit, urging aspirants not to believe the false propaganda. They guaranteed fair treatment for all candidates and announced that a paper-wise mark list and provisional merit list will soon be published on the commission’s website through the candidate login.
