**Thiruvananthapuram, March 5, 2025** – St. Xavier’s College, Thumba, is celebrating its 60th anniversary by bestowing Diamond Jubilee awards upon six prominent figures for their exceptional contributions to society, academia, and literature. The recipients include Archbishop Thomas J. Netto, MLA V.K. Prasanth, Kerala Chalachitra Academy chairperson Prem Kumar, poet V. Madhusoodanan Nair, social entrepreneur Baby Sam Samuel, and literary critic A.M. Unnikrishnan.

Each awardee will receive a cash prize of ₹15,000 and a certificate. Goa Governor P.S. Sreedharan Pillai will present the awards at the Diamond Jubilee closing ceremony on March 12th.
