**Guntur, March 5, 2025** – The Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) celebrated the 54th National Safety Week by recognizing exemplary employees at their Mangalagiri plant. M.V. Siva Kumar Reddy, Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories, Guntur, highlighted the crucial role of workplace safety, particularly in hazardous industries, during a safety awareness program at the Small Can Filling Plant.
Several workers were awarded the “Heroes at Workplace” title for their consistent adherence to safety protocols. B. Kamalakara Rao, senior plant manager at IOCL, emphasized the company’s unwavering commitment to safety, stating that work halts immediately if any safety concerns arise. The program also included participation from employees’ family members, who were given a tour of the facility.
