**New Delhi, March 5, 2025** – The Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) today released the results for the first stage Computer-Based Test (CBT-I) for 7,951 railway vacancies. The exam, held from December 16-18, 2024, covered various posts including Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical and Metallurgical Assistant, Chief Supervisor, and Ministerial Staff (under CEN No. 03/2024).
Shortlisted candidates, selected based on merit and preferences, will proceed to the second stage CBT-II. The RRBs have published a list of roll numbers of provisionally selected candidates on their official website. Candidates can access the results by visiting their regional RRB website and checking the combined CBT-I results list. The list is not ranked by merit.
Only candidates who achieved the cut-off marks for their eligible preference categories in CBT-I will be considered for the next stage. Final shortlisting for Document Verification (DV) will occur after CBT-II results are announced. The schedule for CBT-II will be released soon on the official RRB website. Individual results and scorecards can be accessed online until March 20, 2025.
The RRBs cautioned candidates against fraudulent agents promising guaranteed selection. The recruitment process is entirely merit-based and computerized. For authentic updates, candidates should only refer to official RRB notifications.
